Driving 162% More Impressions with 24% Fewer Posts
RYD Motorsports builds handmade suspension components and conversion kits for Ford and Dodge trucks in Mansfield, Texas.
The builds happen in Texas, but our content team works from Wisconsin, and without a process connecting the two, footage sat on phones and hard drives while the calendar got filled with whatever was on hand. The account was posting plenty. It just wasn't growing.
So we rebuilt the system and posted less.

The challenge
Mark's job is building parts, not managing file transfers. When the handoff depends on someone remembering to send files, footage arrives late, incomplete, or not at all, and the calendar gets padded with safe filler just to keep the account active.
That was the real gap. The shop generates strong material every day, welds, fixtures, installs, trucks rolling out the door, but none of it was reaching the feed while it was still fresh.
The strategy
We spent the first month publishing a broad, shallow calendar across different formats, lengths, and angles to learn what earned attention from truck enthusiasts. At the same time, we set a content-sharing standard that defined what Mark shoots, how it gets to Wisconsin, and what counts as ready to produce.
A month of data settled the format question, and the calendar dropped to two Reels and three carousels per week, each tied to one of three pillars:
Inspire: high-quality photos of finished builds, the truck after the install.
Educate: behind-the-scenes looks at how the parts get built. Welding, fitment, process.
Entertain: Reels made to get a laugh and a comment from people who would never watch a product video.
If an idea didn't fit a pillar, it didn't go on the calendar.
The results
Published posts fell from 63 to 48. RYD posted 24% less and grew every other number on the board.

Quality over QuantityWhy it worked
The refined calendar took less effort than the flat months before it: forty-eight posts, produced from footage that arrived on time, in formats a month of testing had already proven with this audience.
None of it depends on a lucky month. The system runs every week.
